ReStart is a Volunteers of America program that offers both clinical and non-clinical services in an effort to reduce homelessness and increase self-sufficiency for eligible individuals and families. The services include mental health services, case management, outreach to the homeless community, and housing services to qualified individuals and families.

• Psychiatric Services
• Medication Management
• Individual and Group Mental Health Therapy
• Substance Abuse Counseling

Non-clinical components ensure that individuals and their families receive access to all the available resources and include:

• Crisis Intervention and Stabilization
• Intensive Case Management
• Daytime Drop-in for Showers, Laundry, Lounge and Refreshments
• Life Skills Education and Groups
